Rita Camphuijsen

Inspired by a wood carving that I made more than thirty years ago, "the philosopher". Unknowingly inspired by Rembrandt's flosofen paintings. Now that the theme of the art route demanded a work inspired by Rembrandt, I came up with the idea of depicting my philosophical approach and sources of inspiration. It also expresses my experience and method of processing impressions, so that I grow and and gain in conciousness.
