Water and life
Water fascinates me immensely. Water is alive and symbolizes so much. Sometimes it’s simply “in motion.” I went in search of the springs of Spa, fascinated by the water that just flows out of the earth. On the beach, I experience standing at the boundary of two completely different worlds. I sat by the flowing streams in the Alps and watched the rivulets fall downward due to gravity.
Then, in 2008, there was the Bolivia project, where I once again presented water in a completely new way.
